How do I place an order?

Ordering from Bunny & Blue is easy, browse the shop & purchase by
clicking on the 'Buy Now' button, then add the item to your cart.
Once you have finished your shopping, simply checkout & follow the process.
There is an option to register your details for future visits but it is not essential,
alternatively you can use the quick checkout. Your items will then be despatched.

How much is delivery?

We have added a very little charge to our items to help out with the P+P. As our prices are competitive you will notice that even with a few items orders you will still be getting the best deal. The price you see is for delivery within the UK ONLY, please contact us for a price if you would like us to post overseas.

How long will it take to receive my items?

If your order is placed before 4pm we will try our very best to get the order despatched the same day but please do allow up to 5 working days before enquiring. Gifts ordered on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday. Where possible we will aim to post on Saturdays. Thanks.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

As standard, our gifts are nicely wrapped in tissue paper but we also offer
a gift wrapping service, for a small fee we will wrap your chosen gifts in
co-ordinating paper, ribbon and a matching tag or if you prefer you can chose to purchase a giftbag.

How do I pay?

Payment MUST be made in UK STERLING ONLY. You can pay for your items using your credit card via the highly secure Paypal or Nochex payment sites, PLEASE NOTE there is no need to set up an account with either of these.
Alternatively you can pay by cheque payable to ' Bunny and Blue' or by postal order,
please note that items will not be dispatched untill funds have cleared.
If you are local you are welcome to collect or we may deliver,
we therefore would accept cash on collection/delivery.

Would you send direct to the recipient?

Yes, we are happy to send your chosen gift to the lucky recipient if you would like us to,
just fill in the relevant information delivery for the recipient.
